These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between M4K Technologies (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer"), unless otherwise agreed in written form. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
M4K Technologies provides IT consulting, software development (AI agents, web applications), and cloud infrastructure services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual project agreements or quotes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, M4K Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on m4k.ch. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to provide all necessary cooperation and information required for the Provider to deliver the agreed services. The Customer warrants that any content provided to M4K technologies does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, M4K Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information received from the other party as strictly confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the contract.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland.
